RESIGENCY

Privacy Policy

Our role in your privacy

If you are a Resigency subscriber (broadly classified either as an Estate Official or Estate Resident) or you are just visiting our website because you love what we do – no pun intended, this notice applies to you. If you are agreeing to a contract with Resigency, please do read the “terms and condition” of the contract available separately (we promise you, we have tried to limit the legalese) as we have not bundled it with this privacy notice. Other organizations do that but we don’t, because we understand what privacy means to us and you.

We would have started with “we value your privacy…”. Since that is too mainstream, we are giving you the exact details. We believe privacy is not in a policy, it is in what you do as an organization – ethics.
